Join me as I introduce the core concepts of RISE™, the signature resilience-building and stress management program created at the renowned Kripalu Center For Yoga & Health. Over the course of six weeks, this online program will help you meet the moments that matter most with calm, clarity, and connection

Anchored in the science and practice of mindfulness, yoga, and positive psychology, the RISE™ curriculum balances practice, research, and real-world application and has been proven to lead to sustained boosts in mindfulness, empowerment, and resilience, as well as a 32% reduction in day-to-day stress levels. 

Through accessible practices of meditation, breath, and gentle movement, learn how to 

  • Change the brain, making it easier to pay attention and stay calm  

  • Build positivity, productivity, and mental clarity  

  • Improve stress resilience in the moment and over time.  

Finish the program more mindful and with experiences you can easily apply to your life.  

Note You will have access to the video recording(s) for 30 days after the program ends. All recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session.
