The Great Work of Your Life

A new year dharma reflection

As one year draws to a close and another begins, we are invited into a rare moment of pause: a chance to listen beneath the noise of goals, resolutions, and expectations for the quieter voice of what truly calls us.

In this nourishing online workshop, explore the yogic concept of dharma: your unique path of purpose and wholehearted living. Through guided meditation, thoughtful reflection, and contemplative journaling, you'll begin to reconnect with the values, longings, and inner wisdom that can help shape the year, and path, ahead.

Rather than focusing on what you should accomplish, this practice invites you to ask a deeper question: What is life asking of me now?

Together we'll create space to:

  • Explore the meaning of dharma and its relevance to everyday life.

  • Experience a guided meditation to cultivate clarity and inner listening.

  • Engage in reflective journaling to uncover themes, intentions, and next steps for the coming year.

  • Leave with simple practices you can continue throughout the season of renewal.

Whether you are navigating a life transition, seeking greater meaning in your work or relationships, or simply hoping to begin the new year with greater intention, this workshop offers a compassionate space to reconnect with your heart's longings.

NOTE: No previous meditation or journaling experience is necessary. Please bring a journal and something to write with.
