Knit, Pray, Love: A Knitting and Yoga Retreat


For everyone; some knitting or crocheting experience is recommended.

Join Michelle Dalbec to breathe, relax, connect, and knit! Whether you knit, crochet, or are a weaver, take time out of your busy schedule for a retreat that offers plenty of time to do what you love—rest, renew, take yoga classes, enjoy nature, and connect with fellow knitters.

Bring yarn, needles, hooks, and most of all bring your heart to this retreat. This program includes

  • Self-care practices for body and mind during mindful-movement breaks

  • An introduction to the practices of mindful knitting

  • The healing power of community.

Continue to nourish your creativity during your personal time outside of program sessions to take early morning, noontime, and late afternoon yoga classes; enjoy Kripalu’s walking and hiking trails; visit local yarn shops; or enjoy the view overlooking Lake Mahkeenac.

Note Please bring your own knitting supplies (yarn, needles, hooks, etc.)
