Reset your priorities in this 6-week series dedicated to learning and practicing tools that will help you meet the moments that matter most with calm, clarity, and connection. 

Learn the core concepts of RISE™, the signature resilience-building and stress management program developed at the renowned Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. 

Through accessible practices of meditation, breath, and gentle movement, learn how to:

  1. Navigate stress with skill to avoid burnout.

  2. Build positivity, productivity, and mental clarity.  

  3. Improve stress resilience in the moment, and over time.  

Anchored in the science and practice of mindfulness, yoga, and positive psychology, the RISE™ curriculum balances practice, research, and real-world application. Published research on RISE™ has shown that participants sustained boosts in mindfulness, empowerment, and resilience, as well as a 32% reduction in day-to-day stress levels. You will learn and practice simple and actionable mindfulness tools you can easily apply to your life. 

This series is offered by Ilana Beigel, a Kripalu Faculty Member and certified RISE™ Facilitator.
